These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of optionprofitcalc.com and any related content, tools, or downloads (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Mike’s Marketing Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Educational use only, not financial advice

All content, calculators, articles, downloads, and tools on the Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes, or is intended to constitute:

• personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice;
• a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or other financial instrument;
• an offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction;
• a guarantee, prediction, or assurance of any specific result, profit, or outcome.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any investment decision, and you alone are responsible for the trades you place.

2. Options trading risk disclosure

Options trading is speculative and carries a high degree of risk. Risks include but are not limited to:

• Loss of premium. Long options can expire worthless, resulting in a 100% loss of the premium paid.
• Unlimited or substantial loss. Short options and certain spread strategies can produce losses greater than the original investment, in some cases without a defined maximum.
• Margin and assignment risk. Selling options may require margin, and early assignment is possible at any time.
• Liquidity and execution risk. Markets can move quickly, fills may differ from quoted prices, and some option series may be illiquid.
• Model and input risk. Calculator outputs depend entirely on the inputs you provide. Real trading results will differ from theoretical payoffs due to bid/ask spreads, commissions, slippage, taxes, dividends, early exercise, and other factors not modeled here.

Before trading options, read the OCC’s “Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options” (the options disclosure document), available from your broker or at theocc.com.

3. No warranty; accuracy of information

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information and calculator logic are accurate, but we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Calculator results are theoretical estimates based on inputs and assumptions and should be independently verified before any trading decision.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mike’s Marketing Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• You will use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
